Equal parts invigorating and nuanced expression of the variety, whispering of Catherines winemaking style and precision, with notes of pithy citrus and hints of dried garrigue atop the wines wet mineral backbone. Harvested by hand, the grapes were pressed directly before undergoing a short rest in vat and bottling without anything
