CDM, 2022 Rosé For the 4th vintage ofAs easy drinking as natural whites get, 2022 was the first vintage of this wine. The plot of 15 to 20 year old Grenache Gris is planted over clay calcareous soils situated next to a stream, and the grapes are directly pressed into fiberglass where they ferment and rest for six months before bottling. A quaffable wine that makes for a great aperitif.
